My Japanese style dinner

I hope this is appropriate for the diary section.

I have become very interested in Japanese (and Chinese) style of eating.  Today I had Chicken Tempura and Noodles with Soy sauce.  I used my little Japanese eating set to eat it, with my noodles in a small round bowl and the Chicken Tempura pieces on a small flat plate.  I had my chopsticks too. really enjoyed it.  It was very yummy.  There are some Japanese foods that I am afraid to try but at least I have made a start.  Yay.

I am from England, but I found a shop that sells Japanese and Chinese food and ingredients.

I can't remember the names of some of the food, but I don't like the look of Clams and I don't know what Shrimp would be like.

I ate at a Japanese restaurant called Zen the other day.  I had a Salmon Temaki, followed by Tori Katsu Don, which was really nice.
